“Parking was perfect, bus left regularly and didn’t take long, parking facilities and staff were great. Would definitely use again and book through holiday extras.”

“My vehicle registration was not recognised in the way in or the way out… I had to take a ticket which I had to try and use to get out which stated I had to pay £201 for my stay. Thankfully the man that answered the call button was able to retrieve my booking and let me out! Not the best experience….”

“Parking service OK in many respects but did not appreciate the dirty floor mats in the car and the door sills from the driver. Also I do not see why passenger settings have to be so massively altered….every button pressed for a 5 mile drive as a passenger!”

“The escape lounge Bristol gave us a time until 4pm [2 hours] but because we had special assistance we were only in there for about an hour as we had to be at SA by a certain time. It was also cramped too many tables yoo close to each other and I hardly felt relaxed at all. Gatwick is much better much more comfortable. I'm not wasting my money at Bristol again. Surprise surprise your system wouldn't even upload my photo!!”

“Rubbish service - 100% transfer guarantee not worth the paper it is written on, claim rejected based on partner company (of partner company) claiming car used was different to that actually used by the taxi driver who damaged my case (car oil stains). Very difficult to get a claim agreed, also 5 weeks timeline to get a resolution and that was with me chasing on 3 separate occasions. Will never use holidays extras again. Web chat only service also an issue, nobody to speak with directly which is frustrating.”

“Hassle free drop off at valet parking after making arrival known. Quick paperwork. Collection after tel call resulted on car being available at valet parking. Only downside was transfer to holding area ~ 8 miles caused car to become dirtier and seamed to have had used more petrol / lower mpg in short trip than expected.”

“Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Luton and used airport self- park system. Both worked well. Car park was easy to find, parking and entry/exit efficient as was the shuttle bus. Would definitely use both again. Only difficulty was finding the car on return in area D. It was dark, there were no lights along the rows and the perimeter lights were blinding. That is my only criticism.”
