“Turned up 3am to book in at Purple Parking.Staff very friendly considering that early. Only complaint. Being dropped at North Terminal. Why does the bus drop you so far from the entrance? Being picked up on our return at the South Terminal. The bus picks you up right out side the door. Collecting car was very swift despite the number of people all arriving at the same time. Would use your service again as long as you stay competitive”

“Arrived to a warm welcome. Very pleasant staff. The room we were given was very clean modern with everything we needed food and service in the restaurant was excellent. Taxi service efficient.”

“On first appearances you could tell the hotel was old but had obviously been updated in the last few years. The room we were given was over the main lobby so we could hear the hoppa buses pulling in and running their engines throughout the night. If that wasn’t bad enough the bed was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs on your body when you moved. The bed gave both me and my husband bad necks and backs. Not the start you want at the beginning of our holiday. The food was ok as we ordered room service. The car park had loads of spaces so that was good. I wouldn’t stay again that’s for sure”

“The APH driver who picked us up from the airport was the best driver we'd ever had , he was the only driver who's ever shown an interest in us, where we'd been and had a good time. In addition he went out of his way to help some other travellers, getting off the bus and telling them where they needed to go for their pick-up - he didn't need to do this. A real credit to APH.”

“Holiday Extras was fine, booked hotel and parking at Heathrow. Radisson was another story. Staff were lovely but it took ages to find our reservation and check in. Room service menu was not available on tv so had to ask downstairs and also discovered there is no room service breakfast which was very disappointing. Shower overflowed all over floor and shouting from other guest rooms on floor above continued past midnight so not the best experience.”

“I thought I would be met and greeted on arrival not wondering around a very large car park. I was travelling on my own and on return I was wondering around the car park at midnight trying to find my car!!!! Not embarrassed I expected.”
