“From start to finish just so easy. You pull in get directed to where you need to park. Go to reception. Hand keys in take your return card and away you go. Simples. But the one thing that really stands out are the staff themselves. The reason it’s so easy is because they make it that way. Thanks one and all. Have used meet and greet a few times now and must say it is my favourite way to park at stanstead. Cheer”

“A flaw with the booking process meant I paid twice and was offered vouchers instead of a refund. This is the reason why I probably won't use holiday extras again. Only after I had contacted my master card was I given a cash refund. Airparks. Slow booking in process meant we were queueing on the roundabout. When in the car park we were directed to a man in a van who would show us where to park, we then had trouble finding the man as he wasn't in the van. Finally parked on a gravel surface so had to carry cases.”

“Easy to book, excellent for location. We parked and were in the terminal within 1 minute. Same coming back. Would always use in future.”

“Very easy to book and once there the process was easy to check in. Getting back a different story, over 20-30 minutes wait for coach then packed like sardines into coach, once at reception only one person on desk getting keys. Over all though good service.”

“All went well other than the pillows at the Sheraton Heathrow was useless and caused me shoulder pain throughout my holiday. We asked for more but they were so soft it was a uncomfortable nights sleep”

“We hoped to have a restful breakfast. Instead we queued for 30 minutes. Staff then put up a sign to say the room was full. We had to beg to be allowed in because we had a young baby with us and the mother wanted to sit down and eat. We had 10 minutes to eat before going to the gate. A complete waste of time and money.”
