“The car was ready and waiting, just a shame about the weather, it was pouring and the number of deep puddles we had to go through was absurd, but that a fault with the airport not the valet parking. I would definitely use them again.”

“Used Car Park 1 at BHX. Easy to find and two car parking officers helped with finding a space because two inconsiderate motorists had parked and closed off part of the car park. Very pleased with the experience and will be booking again.”

“Used Drop and Go. Easy to book. Managed to change car details a few days before arriving too. Car automatically detected at check in. Process for dropping off and collecting keys easy. Will definitely use again.”

“Usually use HE, however, it’s not always easy to find a parking place in the car parks. Always allow yourselves extra time to find one. Jetparks 3, Manchester, does not have an idea surface for pulling luggage. It is usually shale, until you get back on the encircling road, and I damaged the wheel of a brand new carry on.”

“Plaza Premium T5 departure lounge was overcrowded, very noisy and seating was uncomfortable with a limited range of food and drink. Did not represent good value for money even with the 10% discount applied to the booking. Will not be using again.”
