Very nice hotel - staff very friendly. Used this hotel twice when flying from Luton airport. Very convenient as bus stop right outside hotel. Thoroughly recommend.

Used Meet and Greet at Birmingham Airport. Staff were friendly and polite. Car was there when we arrived back from the holiday. All booked through Holiday Extras who we use more than once a year and are excellent

We had no problems with using the meet and greet system at Heathrow Airport everything went smoothly and our car was ready for us to pick up when we arrived back having notified them of our arrival and baggage claim , the only issue was it’s quite a walk to the terminal if you have problems with walking like my wife lucky enough to find a wheelchair on the way to book in .

Hotel was basic. I went a night earlier for my early morning flight with the view of working that evening from the hotel but there was no WiFi. The staff gave me the paid for WiFi code but even this was poor. Dropping in and out of connection. They said it was due to being so close to the airport? Rooms were basic but smelt damp. Okay for 1 night to save early morning travel to the airport. Also had to pay £12 for 1 nights parking. Parking with Jet Parks was hassle free though with shuttle busses running regularly back and forth to the terminal.

All went well, except for the walk from the car to the terminal, it was absolutely throwing it down, we got soaked.

I waited over an hour for my car on arrival at 4pm . The hotel booked I did not use on check in as was at the wrong terminal so booked another on arrival which was fabulous. I saw a bad review for the car park company and asked about it when I booked and was told it was fine and not a problem - it is not fine - I was a women on my own in a car park in the cold for more than an hour and was told my car was coming. Holiday extras customer service was in the phone with me for 25 minutes but also could not say where my car was - it was great to talk to someone but this did not get my car to me or help me with information about the company they had given me.. no contact with anyone to see if I am still at the airport! The numbers on the information sheet all went to answer machine no texts were responded to and the email on the collection slip did not work! Holiday extras were available on the phone but could not tell me where my car was or how long it would be or if it would be returned to me. In the end I had to tell the very unhelpful guy who had no badge or marketing information that I would have to call the police if my car was not at the car park after 1 hour 10 minutes- this company seems to be operated by two men who worked from a car that was parked in the car park - I do not know why holiday extra used this company - I have always found holiday extras choice of car parking great at Gatwick - professional with an office and clear systems in place. I would be at lot more careful at Heathrow in the future and it was not cheap - I would have been better to have booked a park and ride car park and booked a hotel myself at Heathrow as this was not a meet and great - more like an abandonment - heavens only knows where my car was while I was away.

Easy to book Easy to park A bit chaotic in the reception area Bus to and from terminal ok Unfortunately, there must have been a building site near where they parked my car. At first, we thought there must have been a sandy rainfall but after getting home and looking at car next day, saw that the sand was concrete dust which was quite thick. I usually wash my own car, but this time, I took it to a hand car wash where they jet washed the dust away.
