Having tried T1 m/s parking I much prefer M&G. The m/s parking was virtually full and we hadto park in the open on level 13. This was partially closed off too and very grubby. The continual turning up and down the levels is daunting. M&G for me next time.

My car was vandalised in the interior. When I opened the driver’s door after a tiring journey in the early hours I could see the illuminated black sport button was white. I immediately thought chewing gum but when inspected it had had the surface picked/scratched off. (I found the pickings in the driver and front passenger mats when I cleaned the car including bird poo and mud off the car the next day) I reported it immediately to the office. I was told to speak to the delivery driver which I did. He told me to e mail a photo customer services. Your web site does not display a customer service e mail option. After many “no reply” addresses, with the help of AI, I eventually found a “complaints” e mail address. I sent the photo to that twice, once with the photo and the second after cleaning the car. I await a reply as to what you propose to do but will be phoning soon as you phones should now be open ~ 60hrs after my car collection.

We need to check with online chat that we had no ticket to exit.The chat was instant and gave us a reassuring answer which worked exactly as they said in exit.

The car park is ideal, just across the road from the terminal. However I think it’s expensive for what it is.

I booked Meet and greet and a hotel. The meet and greet side was excellent. Holiday extras side was good. The Sofitel have us the Key to an occupied bedroom. Quite a disgusting error. I also did my holiday insurance I had to obtain help from them and while there was no claim the help line were very helpful too.

Reasonably easy process to drop car off. Bit confused by automatic check-in but a friendly human being was on hand to help. On return, typical bun-fight to collect car. I noted that two lady operatives were coping reasonably well and were returning keys to owners in a caring and friendly manner. Because queue was increasing, jobsworth supervisor stuck her oar in and completely trashed the system that was working fairly well. Chaos ensued and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth, having waited over-long for eventual return of car key. Supervisor not very amenable, she needed to wind her neck in!

Young lady was very helpful, (10am 15/06/24) in booking in, which seemed a simple process anyway, but nice she was there. Bus departed quite quickly after my arrival with several people on board that had arrived around the same time I did. Dropped off at Stop E which is right outside terminal. Pick up, bus was at Stop E, waiting (11pm), departed about 10mins after. Passed another Air-parking bus on the short journey back, so whoever missed the bus I was on, wouldn’t have been stood around long 👍🏻. Scanned the barcode on the ticket, given to me when I checked in, on one of the two machines, the key box containing my key lit up. A map also appeared on the screen showing me where my car was. Absolute simple process, just what you need after a long flight and late at night. I will use again!

Very happy with Jetparks. Good communication from a man who was putting up ‘closed’ signs on the pick up shelter…as we parked up. He reassured us we would still get a bus. We did. Thankfully. One piece of advice: please mark up more disabled parking spaces. We struggled to find a space wide enough.

No car for us when we arrived at airport, the car hire company said it had been cancelled by Holiday Extras. Its been two weeks since we got back and raised a case, so far no refund , none explanation. Compliant process and sends you around In circles!!! I dare anyone not to angry.
