“Birmingham airport Ibis hotel and Airparks express parking. Excellent value (except breakfast). Hotel room was very close to the departure/arrivals entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. We paid for their breakfast and it was quite disappointing for the price (£14.95 each). The choice was ok but the supposedly hot food was barely lukewarm. The parking was a few minutes bus journey from the arrivals/departure area with frequent buses.”

“Jet Parks 3 Manchester Airport. Great location, excellent reliable bus service to all 3 terminals and helpful staff both on entry via intercom and the bus drivers helping passengers with heavy luggage. Keep doing what you're doing.”

“Great drop off option. Friendly efficient bus drivers. Would like to thank Mohammed for being great, he arrived at terminal one and couldn’t fit all the people on who were waiting for pick up , so he radioed to arrange for an extra bus to get them”

“The premier inn was lovely. When I came back off holiday and got my car 1 wheel was scuffed badly but main thing passenger window not working. It was closed over the seal.driver window down a little.no indicators working.wasnt locked .complained to kiosk man he said it was like it when I dropped it off. Drove out airport and pulled in services on M1 AA came out and said they've jumped started it wrong and blown several electrical components. Awaiting heftie repair bill”

“Good service and value for money, and handily located close to Manchester T1. Will definitely use again but have a couple of gripes which don't warrant a higher rating compared to other reviewers. One, the lot signage needs to be improved, or a map provided inside reception area so one can easily find their car when leaving. I'm not saying there isn't a map, but I've never seen it. My car was in the Blue Row A, B, C and D section, but the signage for these rows faces towards to the access road and not reception, so I had to wander around to find those rows to retrieve my car. There also wasn't any staff members out in the lot to assist. I think I've got it sussed now, but other or new users might also find that annoying. Two, I appreciate the staff need to move the electric seat so they can drive the car around the lot, but I don't appreciate them screwing up my seat memory settings for their convenience - that's highly inconvenient for me when I have to re-adjust everything before leaving the lot.”

“Cophill parking Gatwick. Every thing was so easy to park the car and catch the bus to the airport. The return trip was just as easy even after a delayed flight arriving at two in the morning. The staff were great even helping with our bags.”

“Can’t fault the service. Quick and easy to drop off in T1 car park at Luton and a short walk to the airport. Our return flight arrived a little earlier than we’d expected but when we called to say we were back we were told our car was already ready. Only about 10 miles added to the odometer. Very fair price for the convenience of meet and greet.”
