“Straight forward quick and easy”

“arrived at the car park the barrier lifted to let us in found our place, the transfer bus picked us up in minutes, the return my wife was in a wheelchair having been pushed through customs to the bus pick-up point waiting for me to come through with the cases, the transfer bus was just starting to leave as emerged through the door we waved at the driver to wait, he pulled up and let us on, dropped us off at our bus stop got the car homeward bound in minutes. *****”

“The whole process was easy to book and use. Everything went according to plan. Unfortunately the road signage around the airport can be confusing and one mistake takes you through the drop off area and it costs £5 to get out.”

“Great service , uncomplicated, and the time we had to cancel our airport carparking , it was credited to us for use on the next occasion. Minor glitch this time long stay parking didn't recognise the car , quoted booking ref , all resolved.”

“Barriers wouldn't lift to access long stay 2 car park East Midlands after booking online. No answer on intercom so had to take a token for short stay. Dreading getting out thinking further payment would be needed, don't need that extra stress on holiday. On return barriers wouldn't lift to exit. However very nice lady answered intercom and confirmed we had booked and cancelled the token for us. Also when at the bus stop the signs said buses every 20 minutes and online booking states buses every 10 mins. Disappointing.”

“Had a 06.50 pick up for a flight leaving at 10.35, at the airport by 07.10 so had over a 3 hour wait, way too early pick up”

“Easy to find superb system in place on drop off and return. Drivers of bus to and from airport were awesome, took your case onto shelfs for you, smart and very polite. Will definitely use this system again. Thanks”
