“Check-in very easy and efficient. Customer service first class. The room had been recently updated with a new walk-in shower. We booked through holiday extras which included parking at Heathrow. This is the 3rd time we have used it and will definitely be using it again.”

“We stayed at the Holiday Inn prior to our flight and caught the Gatwick Hoppa to the terminal. No problems, and would have given 5 stars had the breakfasts been a more reasonable price and that a return ticket on the Hoppa would have saved us £1.00.”

“Clayton Hotel is a regular stopover for us before early morning flights. Always a warm welcome. Spacious, clean rooms. The windows open! Free shuttle bus to terminals. Good choice of food in the restaurant.”

“Drop and Go was excellent...first time we have used it..ideal for terminals 1 and 3 as it is literally no more than a five minute walk...not worth waiting for the shuttle bus...”

“Great service, I was running late and the bus waited a couple of minutes so I didn't miss my flight. They are bit far from the airport, but if you allow yourself an extra 40 minutes you have no problems. I'll definitely use them again”

“Easy parking & great customer service .I made an error when booking and rang customer service someone answered straight away & solved the problem by refunding my overpayment immediately. I have used them to arrange parking at airport numerous times and can't fault it !”

“Very easy to get too and not too far from the airport definitely takes the stress away knowing you’re vehicle is in safe hands, we try and use purple parking when we go away highly recommended 👍👍”

“Always use holiday extra parking at Newcastle Airport used 9 times this year had to go into the control centre again as the barrier would not open waited 10 minutes to get the card processed”

“Holiday Extras booking system is great & the prices are competitive. Changing bookings is quite straightforward. I would recommend using them and will book with them again. However, the Red short stay car park at Stansted is not as advertised. I booked it specifically as I a member of my party was unwell & I paid extra to make their journey easier. It was supposed to be the closest premium car park, however it was quite a distance from the terminal with at least one other car park closer having to walk past the bus terminal, orange car park & the premium drop off parking. Hardly the closest location.”

“We had no problems with getting back to airport when we were coming home but the transfer from the airport to hotel was a joke. The driver spoke no English and had no idea where our hotel was. Thanksfully I had been before so when he went passed the junction on the motorway I knew we were in trouble. We then had to persuade him to turn around and thereafter direct him via my husband google map on how to get there. We wasted time and I hate to imagine what time we would have arrived if I had not been there before. It was a bad start to a great holiday.”

“Please do not use Meet Up and Park at Heathrow Terminal 3. On arrival back to UK as requested we called company letting them know we had collected baggage, we were advised that it would take between 20 - 30 mins for our car to arrive in car park. After 30 mins waiting, I approached representative as car had not arrived. This person was extremely rude and aggressive and would not answer my questions. I contacted main number to speak with manager, promised call back - never happened. It took over 50 mins for car to arrive. I was not the only customer who was experiencing this service.”
