The Ibis is well situated for Birmingham Airport terminal. Our bedroom was large, very clean and the bed was comfortable. However, I would describe the hotel foyer or entrance as cheap and cheerful, not particularly welcoming and disappointing.

The car transfer only had three useable seats and was not appropriate for 4 adult/suitcases transfer, which was booked. I reported this to Holiday Transfers on the outbound journey and was reassured it was a one-off but we had the same issue on the journey back to the airport. Outbound, I had to sit on a pillow between the two rear seats, no seatbelt. We had no time to contact the company on the inbound or we would have risked missing our flight. Really disappointed as we have always had a great experience previously but won’t use them again. Our driver told us this happens all the time.

All OK apart from my vehicle not being recognised at the barrier both in and out at Stansted long stay. On exit it said wrong car park! I was soon let in and out after using help button however.

Good value package. Premier Inn was exactly as expected and Blue Circle parking provided an excellent service with our car waiting for us on our return even though we had to change terminals

meet and greet east midlands great as always, very quick and easy to check car in and out. We had a flat battery on our return from holiday and they kindly jump started the car for us, excellent all round.

No problem with the website. But have to say not impressed with the Midstay 2 car park at Leeds/Bradford. Not easy to negotiate the route to the terminal. A good 15 min dragging the cases up a slope trying to avoid the pot holes and cars driving into the park. Then of course the same problem on return when at night is not well lit.

When I picked my car up the driver’s seat had been excessively reclined and the radio retuned to radio 1. After driving for one mile I suffered a blow out on my offside front tyre. The tyre was replaced and within a mile the same thing happened. On inspection the car had a broken spring. I suspect that the transfer driver maybe caused this, but at very least he knew it had happened and your company let me go on an 150 journey in a car you knew had no chance in completing it. My car is being repaired today and I will eventually get home Tuesday evening. Your actions and service have caused massive unnecessary expense danger and distress.

The hotel was lovely, the bed was perfect, great nights sleep but when we booked we were told breakfast was included & at breakfast was told it wasn't!! So had to spend nearly £30 in the airport .....

Very easy to locate from junction 10A on M23. Although there was no staff on the desk when we initially arrived, we were there about mid-day and couldn’t register until 4pm, there was good signage at the desk regarding logging in your registration number to avoid the charge for parking without authority. We went into Crawley, about 15 minutes drive away, to kill the time before check in and visited the pub just 5 minutes down the road for lunch On checking in, the reception staff were friendly and helpful and provided us with taxi details to order an early taxi for the airport the next day. The rooms were a little tired but perfectly clean. The water was hot and the bed comfortable, exactly what we needed for our holiday the following day, will definitely use them again.

Price good. Service to airport good. Gate delays on exit caused queues and lost a star. Much better last time.
