“I've used Jet Parks 3 a lot over the last few years but during the last few times I've used it i have noticed the time waiting for a bus is getting longer and longer.”

“Always use direct parking at Glasgow Airport. Staff are cheery and efficient. Very helpful with luggage. 2 minutes to airport. Hard to beat. Great service every time. I”

“Pick from the airport was poor. Having phoned and given our registration number as requested, the minibus turned up and only took 2 small groups leaving half empty. The next bus eventually came and it was a "free for all". People pushing to try and get on. Took about an hour for us to get our car, should have been about 15 mins. We will not use that Luton Airport Parking again.”

“It should be easy to book a hotel prior to a flight, include parking, and stay in the same hotel on return before picking up our car. Sadly, despite bringing this to the attention of Holiday Extras on many occasions over several years, this is still impossible within one single booking. It can't be that difficult to adjust the website to cater for this requirement.”

“It was the first time I used this service for transfers to hotel and back to Dubai airport and it was great. I was a little nervous about booking it initially but it was great. driver was waiting for me on arrival and on departure. Thank you”

“Was very happy with the drop off but not so happy with the pick-up I did have the disabled blue badge on the dash but my car was not parked in a disabled bay and was parked that close to the next car I couldn’t get into the drivers side I had to ask a young gentleman to reverse it out via the passenger side entrance in future please acknowledge the blue badge regards Gary Rhodes”

“I booked parking at Newcastle Airport. Holiday Extras were cheaper than everybody else for the level of parking I selected. Booking it through their website was easy, their communications were good and everything went without a hitch. I've used them before, I'll use them again.”

“When we got back to birmingham airport 20/5 @ 7. Meet & greet had barricaded our car in to their car park & didn’t get it until 10.30. Appalling just left in workers cabin. Awful will never use blue circle meet & greet at Birmingham again.”
