“Easy to get to, well signposted on the airport campus. We arrived early due to the adverse weather conditions and had no problem entering the car park.”

“The booking in has changed to self service but no real problem. However on our return to collect the car it was in the space stated but it was unlocked, again!!. This happened last time we used Silver Zone but they were not interested. We now normally use the long stay but that is not currently available.”

“Our booking hadnt transferred to liverpool airport so after a stressful journey we then had to navigate ringing parking and them manually finding our booking!!! Not good”

“Nice hotel for the cruise terminal leave the car at the hotel Nice room security access to lifts In the hotel. Key in car reg! (Important) and how many days taxi to port 10 mins return approx £20 Enjoy”

“I took out delayed insurance- just in case! Our flight was delayed- didn’t fly until following day (5th) Iwas flying with friends, one of whom was the lead passenger- she got the details. On returning to different Airport - different time they used the same boarding passes. Had a chat on line with your staff - they advised me to put in N/A in the space. I have sent various texts and refilled the form in several times still no joy- must say it’s been a terrible hassle!”

“Would recommend for stop overs. Park and stay with the hoppa bus service is good. Had to wait over 35 mi. For a bus in my return I. The cold at T3.”

“Despite pre-booking. It was extremely busy and overcrowded The seating was too cramped. I have used the Birmingham International Aspire before and the seating there is more adequately spaced out. We were seated at a place without a plug and so unable to charge devices and was traveling with children. Would not use this lounge again”

“Transfer from airport to hotel didn't turn up, and from hotel to airport driver turned up 3 1/2 hrs early when I asked him to come back later no show again. Received a refund from transfer guarantee but was greatly inconvenienced having to arrange my own taxi.”
