“Our instructions for meeting our driver were changed the day before we travelled. The new instruction was to go out of the terminal, across the zebra crossing and he would be waiting on the left. He wasn't. My husband is disabled sand the special assistance guy rang the number on my instructions and there was no reply. He then left us there as he couldn't help any more. I roamed around the area asking other drivers if they knew the taxi firm quoted and no-one did. We waited a long time and I was panicking as I did not know what to do. Eventually he rang me and asked where we were. I said we were at the meeting point we were told but he was waiting in the terminal. When he came along he said we must have landed early but this was about an hour after the meeting time. He was a very nice and helpful driver so all was well that ended well.”

“Overall I was happy with the cost of parking and the location of the parking in relation to Terminal 2 at Heathrow particularly. However, it is worth noting that when you are being collected the bus will go to all the other Terminals first before heading back to the car park. After a long flight and a long wait for baggage to arrive we then had a long bus journey back to our car and a long drive home. In future I will make a note of stops being made before making the booking. Other than that, all good!”

“Excellent cannot fault this service, we were delayed 3 hours I was worried that they would have another pickup, but after a walk around we found them, a large vehicle for us and the children seats if we needed them, the man was very friendly. was waiting to take us to the airport at least 10 mins before the time and again a clean large vehicle very polite.”
