“Number plate recognition system worked on entry and exit. Quick and regular bus service to and from terminal. Friendly driver. On return, getting bus at the terminal, a few people were confused by the NCP bus used for PremiAir parking! No PremiAir signage on bus!”

“Very easy - drive in, park car, get picked up and taken to the terminal. On return - get picked up at the terminal, dropped off, collect car, drive away.”

“Basically arranging parking through the site was very good the price was really affordable I would definitely recommend to other people we have been using holiday extras for a no of years will be using them in the future”

“Meet and Greet Liverpool airport Signage off Speke Hall Way to Meet and Greet not apparent so ended up in front of long stay. Had to reverse back and pay £5 to get back to roundabout. Eventually found meet and greet entrance by consulting airport site map Likewise no obvious signage in airport concourse directing one back to Meet and Greet collection”

“Easy parking at the Hotel, nice well appointed room. Great service in the bar and restaurant. The shuttle to our terminal was quick and easy. Next time we fly from Manchester we will stay again👍”

“Great price, easy to arrange and parking instructions, location all spot on. I always use meet n greet it's worth the extra. I cut the holiday short, emailed ahead and the car was ready..Nice one”

“Booking the parking was straightforward. When we got to Liverpool Airport it was well signed. We parked and I took a photo of the row colour and no. So I could find it easily. No fuss or bother Only a short walk to the terminal, and even better they arranged for dry weather to and from the car park to terminal. We'll it may not have been part of the deal!! I will certainly use them if we fly from Liverpool again which is highly likely.”

“I am happy with the whole parking experience you turn up park your car drop of your keys get your ticket for the return journey ans wait for the bus the only issue I have is on the return journey the driver makes the announcement and over the noise of the bus and general chatter of returning holiday makers it's very hard to hear he should either shout louder or us the PA system or better still the LED screen as not everyone using the service has English as their first language or excellent hearing !”
