“The drive experience and parking was very simple , barrier went up straight away and had no trouble in parking plenty of spaces it was just the cost , if they can reduce this I would use it every time”

“Easy, swift drop of service from sentinel. Regular shuttle buses to the airport with no issues and friendly drivers. Again easy pick up of car, expected a bit of a wait as the bus was full but had my car keys back within minutes. Self drive to the airport on the way back, checked in with ease, no issues.”

“My Holiday Extras transfer was cancelled but I was transferred to an alternative company, Choice Cars, which was an upgrade as I was the sole passenger. My driver, Sergio, waited on me at Faro airport despite my flight being delayed by an hour! Fortunately, I had the pleasure of Sergio's company for the return journey also. He arrived promptly at my apartments and he was extremely friendly and a great conversationalist! Will be using Holiday Extras again in the near future!”

“Premier Inn was very clean with helpful staff. Our car parking said meet and greet. We had to drop the car in a parking area and walk over a quarter of a mile to departures. The on site car park was nearer the terminal than our dropoff point. On our return I phoned the number we were given and was told the car would be in the compound where we dropped it. So at 5.45 am I had to pull two suitcases back to the original dropoff point and stand there for about 10 minutes waiting in the cold for our car. This service should not be called meet and greet. I will not be using this service again”

“Very easy to arrange and your vehicle is secure. The camera reads your registration gives you your ticket which I kept safe in my wallet but wasn't required on exit as again the camera read the registration and let me out. I a.so bought the fast track for the return passport custom check which was so fast it made the return more enjoyable. Loved it.”

“Lovely hotel, comfy room and bed, spotless clean. Nice restaurant and good food. Great parking close to airport, transfer guy was very funny even at 4am!.”
