“The Holiday Extra transfer service is 2nd to none and a must for anyone doing their own thing i.e booking flights and hotels yourself. Seamless experience for 7 of us arriving at Venice airport with a hotel booked on the Grand canal - a combination of luxury mini bus and water taxi started the completed our break brilliantly.”

“Easy way to park your car. Straight into the airport after checking car in with the assistants on the way home scan the receipt which releases your car key and go to designated car park area to retrieve your car so easy. A little costly but no hanging about”

“Excellent service from all members of staff. We dropped off the car at 3am, planning to collect 10 days later at midnight. Even at those times of night, staff were friendly and helpful. Bus driver was particularly brilliant. Flight was delayed by 3 hours on the way back, but no problems for APH. Car was ready to go. Bus to terminal was quick and easy both ways. Have used before and will absolutely use again.”

“Good to be able to park securely & close to terminal at Liverpool. BUT, it is impossible to amend booking online as instructed. Had to speak to AI which is slow & I was charged the extra £15 fee because I was unable to make another amendment within time limit.”

“I made a mistake and booked long stay, realised my mistake and immediately cancled and had confirmation of that. Then re booked mid stay as I intended and had confirmation of that. All good I thought. Parked in mid stay only to be presented with a £450 bill on departure 😡”
