“Very disappointed as booked purple parking for Heathrow T2. Our flight got delayed due to ice at Zurich and when we arrived we were told the buses had stopped running. There was never any mention that the buses weren’t 24 hours when checking the car in or at booking. £22 for a cab … beware”

“The hotel was absolutely fine, suited us perfectly for a night before a trip and was both clean & tidy… the parking however is a great system in theory, but it doesn’t work all that well. When arriving, you have to call the desk for blue circle (which we did) but they weren’t great at directions… when we finally did find them, they didn’t have our details and all new cards needed to be written out. He then offered to move our car before we returned, due to arriving at a different terminal. This idea was great until we arrived home, and our car wasn’t there. We’d just got off a 6 hour night flight, and had to wait 45 minutes for our car to be brought over to where we were waiting. It sounds like a great idea, and could work well if they knew what they were doing.”

“Booked easily but, couldn’t just enter had to contact reception to get a token and look for my booking? car park was almost full had to go to floor 9 and spaces very tight.”

“Great service. Easy to park. Our car wouldn't start on return. We pressed the intercom and was able to speak to someone whi got a lovely man who was both cheerful and helpful. Got our car sorted in minutes. We were so grateful. After a flight all you want is to be on your way. With his help thankfully we were.”
