Arrival transfer to hotel in Croatia was very good, however I would have given five stars if our return transfer was scheduled better. Our return flight was 10.20am back to London and distance to the airport was 30 minutes from hotel but our transfer was scheduled for 4- 5 am. Our hotel intervened and it was changed to 7am. Unreasonable to expect us to be at the airport nearly 5 hours before our flight.

Pre paid carparking good on your part. Crazy at car park not enough attendants. Asked to be parked in disabled could not open doors for disabled wife to get in.

I made a mistake with a car park booking Money was taken I tried to edit the time. Your system wouldn’t let me edit, so I cancelled and re booked You then sent me vouchers for my cancellation instead of refunding me. Under distance selling rules you should provide a refund. You did not. Tried to call. No one took the call. So. No you are not getting my custom again and I shall be informing my friends never to use your services. You have lost a few hundred pounds a year business. You probably don’t care. Perhaps if you did what you say, you would keep loyal customers. Good bye

We booked the premium lounge at Gatwick. There was no lager on tap and there were no mixers . The Staff were rude and very unfriendly. Total waste of money

The transfer company had really old and a bit smelly cars. We have used Holiday Extras for transfers before and it was excellent but this time it was a bit rank. Not sure I’d risk it again.

Hassle free clear directions and got to the barrier and it just opened took the ticket same on the way our barrier opened without the ticket happy days

Simple and easy processes for both parking and insurance. Important things that are easily overlooked but necessary and the process on both of these was very quick and simple but giving me exactly what I needed.

Lovely easy process … drop off car, catch shuttle bus, check in and reserve table for dinner and a large glass of wine, hit the sack… have a great breakfast, walk to terminal building, check bags in and do a spot of last minute shopping! Stress-free start to your hols is a must :-)

Meet and wait I’m afraid. I rang 3 times. Could see my car location via App. 45 mins waiting in the rain for the car. Had followed procedure through airport and rung when through baggage reclaim Poor service

Parking experience fine at the start of the holiday. Unfortunately we arrived back at T4 (departed from T5) and were not aware that the car park does not service T4. We tried calling the support telephone number but couldn’t get a response, despite it being daytime. After much dragging of bags around trying to find a bus stop, or someone who could tell us where it was, we ended up having to pay over £20 for a taxi to get back to the car park. The response from the car park reception was just a big shrug.
