Rubbish service - 100% transfer guarantee not worth the paper it is written on, claim rejected based on partner company (of partner company) claiming car used was different to that actually used by the taxi driver who damaged my case (car oil stains). Very difficult to get a claim agreed, also 5 weeks timeline to get a resolution and that was with me chasing on 3 separate occasions. Will never use holidays extras again. Web chat only service also an issue, nobody to speak with directly which is frustrating.

Good service and easy access to parking, only problem was I paid extra for a text message reminder on the day of my booking but it never arrived.

We booked No 1 north lounge (the only way to start your holiday) waiting in comfort for our flight. We also booked purple parking, brilliant scheme. Happy with everything.

Hassle free drop off at valet parking after making arrival known. Quick paperwork. Collection after tel call resulted on car being available at valet parking. Only downside was transfer to holding area ~ 8 miles caused car to become dirtier and seamed to have had used more petrol / lower mpg in short trip than expected.

Stayed at Holiday Inn Express Luton and used airport self- park system. Both worked well. Car park was easy to find, parking and entry/exit efficient as was the shuttle bus. Would definitely use both again. Only difficulty was finding the car on return in area D. It was dark, there were no lights along the rows and the perimeter lights were blinding. That is my only criticism.

Got charged £6.20 for being a few minutes late don't help when it's packed with people waiting for taxis at the entrance and stairwell

Car Park 1 at Birmingham Airport was a nightmare. It took forever to find a space. If you've pre-booked you might reasonably expect that there are spaces available. It's described as being a one minute walk from the terminal whereas the truth is that you have a distance to walk including crossing a busy road. I wouldn't bother again.

The time it took my car to be brought back to me was appalling. I waited for 40 mins for what should be a 10 minute wait maximum.

Booked premium parking at Cardiff airport as we have a large vehicle ! On arrival signage is very poor. Found our space and parked in a slightly larger than normal space ! Three weeks later collected vehicle to find no spaces around us and was forced to move road cones to be able to manoeuvre the vehicle out of the space. Hardly premium parking and not worth the premium price !!

We had two very nice drivers both ways -picking up from Lisbon airport and returning from our hotel to the airport. Our hotel was in a pedestrianised area but the drivers got as close as possible in the adjoining street. We had a bit of a wait for the driver when we arrived because of the heavy traffic and the flight being delayed. The return flight was early morning but we could see in the app exactly when he arrived and where he was parked. Overall a great service!

Nothing wrong with the carpark but the bus driver was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I had my wallet stolen whilst abroad so did not have the ticket. at first he didn't want to let me on the bus and then just grumbled that i would be charged an extra weeks parking because he couldn't sign off my ticket. gave up trying to talk to him as he was so rude and ignorant.

We waited a long time for a bus from Stansted back to the long stay. It appears the buses are no long shared with Jet Parks, meaning a bus went with just a few people on, whilst lots of people waited for the long stay.

We were able to park at Southampton prior to our cruise and pick up our car on our return very easily. This meant we didn't have far to go with our luggage when dropping off at the port. We could load up and drive straight off once we got back to Southampton.

This company is excellent; however, their joint venture provider in Turkey, particularly in Istanbul, lacks reliability and punctuality regarding the car type and timing of bookings. I had three transfer bookings. For the first, the driver did not arrive as per the instructions. When I went outside, another team at a different location assisted me by messaging my provider, who eventually arrived nearly an hour late. For the second transfer from the airport to the hotel, the driver was slightly delayed, and the car provided was much smaller than expected and parked in a different location. This meant we had to navigate to the car park with our disabled guest and their wheelchair. The third transfer, from the hotel to the airport, was much smoother. The driver arrived on time with the correct vehicle, and he was very helpful and friendly.
