“Once again everything went smoothly”

“Cancelled transfers at very short notice. No reason other than doesn’t go to that hotel but offered to drop off 3 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk away- which find weird! However the hotel was on the list for transfers or I wouldn’t have have been able to book it in the first place!!!!”

“Booked great package which included Premier Inn overnight stay plus parking at Airparks Luton. Premier Inn is great and Beefeater across the road was handy to get something to eat. Very impressed with Airparks service…very slick operation dropping car off and regular buses to airport which drop you right outside the terminal. Collection of car just as easy. Thank you Holiday Extras for arranging this, instructions, addresses and directions all very clear.”

“An excellent service which I shall certainly use again. Used at Stansted was an easy check in and collection, right at the terminal entrance, although suspect that at busy periods will be a bit more congested. Only draw back was that on return car was in furthest carpark from the administration point and that it was raining! For the slightly extra cost was definitely value for money compared with the remote parking and bus transfers”

“Whilst there were problems at Leeds Bradford airport over the weekend 20th/22nd October Park2Travel exceeded every other airport operator with 100% inefficiency. Just one man band no one manning the phones, just the driver of the mini bus doing all the jobs, driving issuing keys at return having to listen to complaints. The company let all it's customers down over this airport issues and let the company down as a result. If you are providing a service as a company you should be prepared for the odd problem and have staff available to look after customers best interests. No I will not be using Park2Travel again and from other customers present I don't think hey will either. The shambles that was park2ride surpassed all other airlines holiday companies and parking facilities by 100%. A very sad end to great holiday spoilt by park2ride. Steve Clough Booking ref GDLFPT”

“Ticket didn’t work at barrier, I suspect as you didn’t update the change of registration. Also the walkway to the car park is normally covered so for soaking wet and the car park is badly lit.”

“Holiday Extras bookings have always been easy, competitive on price and an excellent service. Manchester Airport have not always provided the parking space at T2West reserved by Holiday Extras which left me stranded at the barrier but HX sorted this issue completely. Much better with HX than MANAir direct. :)”

“We couldn't find the A ON car park at all. We drove round for 1.5 hours but there were.no sign s anywhere. We ended up paying £186 for an NCP.car park at the airport instead. We are not happy at all G & D Smith-Neale car registration number FN62NYB”
