Lovely cottage in a perfect location. The cottage has everything you could possibly need and a large enclosed garden, perfect for our two dogs.

What a lovely place! The Granary was just as described. It was very homely, authentic with a touch of modern. Maggie was very friendly and couldn't do enough. She even let our granddaughter help feed the chickens. Would I recommend this place? Absolutely! Will I vist again? Absolutely!

Excellent communication Easy booking process Excellent truful descriptions Me and my family all said wow! When we entered Tallet lovely accommodation everything we needed. It is a beautiful barn conversion. The hosts were extremely welcoming and we had the opportunity to join in on the working farm helping to feed the animals. We had lovely days out at Sidmouth,Lyme Regis & Exmouth.

We had a long weekend at Betula House in January to celebrate our Golden Wedding Anniversary. There were 6 adults, 2 children and 3 dogs, one of which was a young puppy. We were welcomed by the owner of the cottage which I thought was a nice touch. The cottage was spacious, well-equipped and very comfortable and there was enough room for everyone to have their own space if they so wanted. We would love to go there again - in better weather!

Fantastic location couple of minutes from Bourton on the water with parking for one car a bonus. There is a small enclosed courtyard safe to let dogs out, it is covered in gravel which my dogs weren't so keen on, but there is a grass area a minute's walk away. We mostly ate out, Dial House did an amazing steak and vegetarian stuffed aubergine they were super dog friendly even bought a fresh clean bowl of water without us asking. The other pubs okay for a drink.

We arrived at the cottage at around 8.15pm in the middle of storm Darragh. We were very disappointed to find that the heating was off and the temperature inside the cottage (according to the thermostat on the heater) was 8°. For context this is an former cow shed with tiled floors and thick stone walls so takes ages to heat We sat shivering on the sofa so grabbed the blankets from the bed only to find they were covered in dog hair. By the time we went to bed the temp had risen to 14°, still a long way below acceptable In addition the cottage clearly hadn't been cleaned properly as there were crumbs on the kitchen side and bits of rice on the table Once the cottage got warmed up by the following morning it was fine, loads of potential but could do with some TLC, for example the sofa is quite uncomfortable and the arm chair is stained There is a guest book in the property and we could see loads of guest has said the same Location is really good, not too far from Stratford and there are plenty of nice villages and pubs nearby Overall disappointed with the condition of the cottage, two things I would usually take for granted, heating and cleanliness, were simply not provided.

Great house in Buckie. Despite being there in Winter we were warm and were able to use the sauna, not brave enough for the outdoor hot tub!

There were 2 main issues we had with the cottage:- The descriptions said that it would be decorated for Christmas and it wasn't. Additionally the cottage was NOT clean - there was poo in the toilet as the main example, but many surfaces were dirty, which was very disappointing and spoilt our Christmas.

We arrived 5pm Friday night 8 o’clock Saturday morning power cut due to Storm Darrah most stayed the Saturday with torches and candles but come Sunday morning the Villa was freezing so everyone left as we had a baby and toddler with us we paid nearly £3000 for 3 nights ended up with about 7 hrs of it with power lost over £100 of food in freezer and the owners aren’t reimbursing us anything which is just ridiculous I saved so hard for the weekend and it was a nightmare 21st for my Daughter
