“Booked my holiday yesterday. Confirmed details with Stuart this morning, had to pay £114 extra due to changes in the package. Stuart helped sort all of this and made sure our details and booking was all correct. Super helpful and very polite. Stuart ensured I understood all of my booking before proceeding”

“After a little trouble with our booking (extra cost added onto our booking after deposit made) Stuart helped us amend this. The deal was a good one, and once that was sorted out (added elements from external parties) I can confirm that I cam happy with our booking. Excellent customer service from Stuart, he was friendly and fixed the problem for us.”

“Rude and deceiving representative and the company, a standard con I notice from holiday companies and this company is no exception. be prepared for a call of price increase after you have paid, I was conned £150 extra. Obviously you have choice to cancel however the refund will take 5 to 7 days and if you don’t enough credit on your card or money in your account then you have no choice but to wait or (psychological) agree to paying what you totally disagree Conning tactics to trap customers”

“The man who called me to confirm my booking was very nice. He gave all the details and made sure I understood everything. The only criticism I have is that within 12 hours of booking I was told that the price I had booked had gone up by £30 each. I did expect to pay the price I was quoted”
