“I spoke with Edward today who helped me book and pay for holiday. Edward was professional and very patient with me throughout. Edward explained everything calmly, answered all my questions calmly and reasurananly. He was very patient when it came to paying as I was making mistakes a lot, he really was great and seems like a nice guy.”

“Edward called regarding my booking, there was a slight increase in the cost but he was super helpful and explained what these were for and confirmed my booking over the phone. He was very polite and helpful. Thank you”

“Polite fast response to on line booking. Extra cost required but could not tell me why and for what for or reason. Pending documents to arrive by e- mail. So review not complete at this stage. However Sam polite and helpful.”

To explain, the price on the website is clarified as an offer to purchase the Package Holiday selected, if it is available. If the arrangements are not available when one of our booking agents come to confirm your booking request, because other customers have taken advantage and the lower price offer is exhausted, you are informed of the next supplier price. Regarding your travel documents, these should have since been received however please do not hesitate to reach out via the appropriate channels should you require any further assistance. Since a 3-star rating is still considered negative, we would truly appreciate if you would consider kindly improving your review score slightly once you have had chance to digest the above and to accurately reflect the service provided.
