“I was sent the wrong product by the company and they went some of the way to rectify the issue but in my eyes fell short of expected customer service unwilling to issue a refund for faulty products now set solid in the joints of my patio. I was left to contact the manufacturer myself which is not my job and disappointing.”

“Was looking for some polyurethane varnish and saw home fix site had what I wanted and at a good price and when I saw they were local to me asked if I could pick up which was even better so was well pleased will use again and would recommend”

“Ordered item in 1st July and paid for next day delivery. Had text on 2nd saying it would be here on 3rd. Actually received it on 4th but it was the wrong colour. Rang company who said the lateness was down to parcel force and the item we wanted would not be in stock until 13th. We received it eventually on the 15th which was 13 days late. Home Fix did agree to refund the cost of next day delivery.”
