Ordered a Rotator on 6th April and selected a delivery slot as website asked for, stayed two days instead of working as a key worker after Money taken and slot confirmed, now going on 21 days, no response from Homebase e mails blocked with a general response telling you not to contact them. I appreciate 'virus times', but others managing to deliver and also communicate, will not order through them again, but they have my money and don't respond at all, no tracking details, nothing, might claim on my credit card if nothing after a week then it would have been a month

As I can see from other reviews here the delivery time of orders is ridiculously late. My order is now 3 week old and again the items were in stock at the time of order and they took payment on the day. I have given due consideration for the covid19 disruption to service but I do feel that Homebase are taking advantage of the situation. This is a very bad time to highlight lack of customer service.

Ordered 2 tubs of fence paint on the 28th March and STILL WAITING for it to arrive. Have emailed asking where it is but surprise surprise I have had no response. They are quick to take customer’s money but their service is absolutely rubbish. Other companies seem more than able to cope with the current situation and we all understand that items may take a little longer to be delivered but Homebase we’ll all I can say are a complete joke. Going to try and get my money back but don’t hold much hope. All I can say is STAY WELL CLEAR OF HOMEBASE

Ordered items by click and collect went to craigavon the staff on duty was very helpfull and pleasent and well organised it was a great experience I was attended within minutes will go nowhere else again extremely well done to all staff

We have ordered 2 pots of fence paint and a brush 4 weeks ago. It was due within 5 days. Homebase have happily taken our money, however I have chased my order via email 3 times. The third time I had a response to say the paint was coming from the supplier directly to us and out of their control as to when it will arrive. The phone lines are down and have been for 3 weeks that we have been trying to chase. I have just email for an update and it says emails are blocked. If they can’t deliver they should not be taking orders. Customer service at the moment is awful / non excitant. Sort it out Homebase!!!!!

Home base dismal I ordered finch wood stain three weeks ago kept getting emails to say sorry for non delivery having paid to get my item delivered to my home address finally get a email to say I could pick the item up at there moor allerton branch miles away from my address picked the item up yesterday finally got email this email saying sorry for non delivery having took my money for the item and the delivery change I would have though the delivery charge would have been refunded no I don’t think so numerous email sent to there customer service department not even a reply very poor service

Ordered goods on 28th March - still not arrived but money taken that day. I understand the order might take longer than the 3 days stated due to the current situation but come on. I have emailed 3 times to try and get an eta but no response. Have given up and ordered from Wickes click and collect (adhering to the 2 metres guidelines) I have emailed to cancel the order and request a refund - I wonder how long that will take to get my money back. Homebase get your act together like your rivals B&Q and Wickes. Yours a normally loyal Homebase customer!!!

Purchased this laminate flooring December 2019 from the Brentwood store and laid it week before Xmas and just 4 months in of it being laid it has come up in places (we have had to re do it a few times) now it has come up in places and it looks like the edging has gone to clip them back in place 😡, the colour on the edges has come off in areas too. This flooring is appalling considering my last laminate flooring was down 10 years and I had no problem at all and we only changed it to go with our new kitchen (totally gutted what a waste of money) would certainly not recommend it at all

I think their intentions were good but actions terrible. Took money for product after 1 day and still waiting for item after 30 days. No reply when I contact them. Disappointing for a national company even in current situation.

Ordered an item that was listed as in stock. Paid extra for delivery. A week later received an email asking if I wanted to collect it from a store that was nowhere near where I live. Bizarre. Still waiting for a delivery date for item I ordered over ten days ago

LOTS OF ITEMS AVAILABLE ON-LINE FOR DELIVERY DURING THESE STRANGE TIMES. VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES ON QUALITY PRODUCTS. OTHER COMPANIES DID NOT HAVE THE AVAILABILITY FOR DELIVERY OR PICK UP FROM THE STORE.

Ordered bathroom tiles on 28th March. Estimated delivery time 5-7 days. 15 days in sitting here with my new bathroom fittings (bath/toilet/vanity unit and sink) in the front room waiting for the tiles before work can start. Homebase are not coping with their orders, they are misleading their customers by putting delivery timeframes they know they can’t meet and there is zero way of contacting them to get an update. Judging by the hundreds of negative reviews about Homebase I’m clearly not the only one experiencing these difficulties.

Do not buy from them on their we site deliveries are taking over a month if at all after saying delivery 3 days - they are a sham.

Placed order on 28th March. Not even confirmation of dispatch by now. Placed order on 1st April. Got dispatch email but no order turned up. Go online to B and Q you can collect within 24 hours. Just observe their sensible guidelines . They are the future. Homebase are a shambles and fraudulently trading (where’s my money???)

I placed an order 24/03, and expected delivery3 days later, as I paid for a specific day. It didn't arrive. I emailed and had a reply to state 2/3 days delay, due to virus. I fully understand this. But I still have not received my item and have now emailed twice, and had no reply. I have asked for a confirmed date for delivery or I want a refund so that I may reorder from another company. I am just being ignored. Terrible customer service. Never again.😤

Placed an order on 26th March with a 3 day delivery date. It is now nearly 2 weeks & I've not heard anything off them. I've emailed plenty & sent messages on Facebook & still nobody has bothered to reply but they were quick enough taking nearly £200 out of my account for the items.

I placed an order to finally decorate my bedroom as was following government guidelines of staying at home during the COVID-19, due to being self employed, this order was placed on 28th, I received an email to say my order had been dispatched on 3rd, in with my order was filler, gloss paint and wall and ceiling paint, I received the wall filler, I have emailed homebase on the email address they have given and received no reply as to why no paint has been sent. To this date of sending two emails I am still waiting for a reply, absolutely shocking taking others money and not delivering the goods, won't be purchasing on here again, use B&Q in future
