Ordered items 6 weeks ago. I have not received the order and customer services will not respond to give an update since 2 weeks ago. Avoid as you will not receive your order!!

Ordered a hover mower weeks ago nearly hundred pounds Not received it and have requested my money back to date have received neither the mower or the money I asked why the money was taken out of my account before they sent out my product Have e mails sent back to me blocked How do we get our money back disgusting customer service

Ordered fence paint 2 months ago and no sign of it and the have made it so you can't phone them. They was quick enough to take the money but no goods this is bordering on theft.

Ordered a tin of paint 18th of April, with up to 21 days delivery. tried to cancel order 18th of May (26 days) after not hearing anything, received email from Homebase 23rd of May stating "unable to cancel as order already processed, should receive in next couple of days".... 27th May and still nothing....NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered over a month ago and have only received one item of my order. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions and only received a reply once. It has taken them 2 weeks to reply and they have told me that they cannot cancel the rest of my order but are also unable to provide me with delivery details. I am really disappointed with how they have handled my communications. I almost feel scammed by them. I can't get my money back and I can't get any details on where my order is!

Waiting a month for my order, then i recieve email asking if I want to collect or cancel- I chose to cancel as I don't have a homebase near. Had an email on 30th april confirming refund within 7 days- fast forward nearly a month and still NO REFUND!

Awful! I ordered paint days later they called me and said they couldn't fulfill my order so I asked for a refund and was told I'd have to go online. It took several emails and over 2 weeks for them to to respond and say they had refunded only to discover they had only refunded less then half my order total its now been over a week since I emailed asking for the rest and Ive heard nothing! Joke of a company terrible customer service I wont be using again.

Delivery item damaged. Homebase not getting it sorted and no way of contacting them by phone and I don't give up easily. Can't recommend and will never use them again. The pandemic is no excuse for this after 3 weeks and no update for a replacement.

Flooring ordered on 6th April delivery promised within 7 days. Repeated promises for collection options and delivery all of which were broken. No response to a refund request made on 5th May. Customer services is an automated email response. What a joke this company is. Avoid at all costs. Shambles.

Would never shop at this store again! Absolutely appalling customer service-have emailed 4 times and no reply. Wrong products delivered and not even all of what I ordered. 30th March order placed and still waiting for some reply! AVOID!!

Would not buy from homebase. Worst shopping experience I have ever had to deal with. Ordered on the 11th of April and still no goods. 8 email sent to them and not 1 response. What a bunch of jokes.

Just as everyone else. Ordered a month ago, only tiny pots of paint to finish a small project. Money was taken immediately. No replies to emails, no way of tracking my order to see if it is worth just cancelling and going to the shop and buying it. I understand the times are challenging, but this is unbelievably appalling and unacceptable customer (lack of) service.

Orderd in March only received one item of my order, I have emailed many times to ask where the rest of my order is and I have had one email to say it has been delivered but it wasn't and I've had no refund. Do not order from Homebase terrible company terrible customer services .

Same as all other recent customers.ordered and paid 5 weeks ago,gone past delivery date by 2 weeks.No emails,nothing.Do NOT BUY from Homebase. CROOKS.

Shocking customer service ,ordered two tins of fence paint at the end of March still haven't received them .They have took payment strait away and they don't reply to emails nor can you ring them ! Avoid at all costs !!

I ordered paint online at the beginning of the lock down and most places were out of stock. Not Homebase they'll sell you stuff they haven't got with no prospect of getting, 9 weeks later and just 2 updates that they haven't fulfilled, still waiting.

I am a person with underlying health issues i went to your store on the fonthill road in clondalkin dublin , my brother went to the top of a long queue and asked do vulnerable people have to queue we wgere told yes . I can't believe that you do not consider disable people that cannot stand for long . I think this is disgraceful and both myself and my family will not shop there again . Shame on your shop i have not come across this anywhere else.
