“ Terrible customer service. ”

“ Ordered sliding wardrobe doors had to ring customer service to rearranged delivery ate due to our house move being delivered the last time we rang to change delivery date the rearranged no problem then one hour later received an email to say they had cancelled our order!!! Emailed customer service to told to re order so I have had to wait over a month the delivery rep ordered sliding door was supposed to be delivered today and no supprise no show and no response from Homebase or courier to say why the delay. ”
