Bath developed a crack/hole and was paper thin in this area so clearly a defect. after 6 days of phone calls store visits the bath was to be replaced under guarantee then told not. To have an Ombudsman visit FIRA googled their reviews and they score 1.6 for 11 reviews on Google does that sound BAD and still no bath

The Truro store is almost empty no kitchens or beds. Instead the floor is littered with brown boxes. The shop floor appears to be the warehouse. Awful place to shop now. The items for sale are poor quality today they were displaying a bird feeding table made of wood that had split and a wooden bin cover with doors that were stuck fast. Complete shambles of display items

Ordered a Franke sink with plumbing kit in February from your Wakefield store. Still waiting for the correct plumbing kit almost 6 months later. Have had to go into branch several times as no-one answers the phone. Staff promise to look into it but no-one ever calls back even when I've spoken to the duty managers Kirk and Jo. I have had more headaches with ordering this sink than I had with ordering a full kitchen elsewhere, appalling service Homebase.

Not sure if the staff at the Spalding Branch are incompetent or just very busy. However my kitchen and bathroom order was a complete debacle. The worst customer experience I have ever received particular from the area manager Mark Short trying to intimidate me with his employment history of being a kitchen fitter for 20 years. If the measurements were correct and all the items sent correctly my contractor would not have had a problem. Mark Short was actually telling me how to cut a larder panel that was not delivered. Huh!!! Well done Mark Short you have lost Homebase a very good customer as I'm renovating my home internally and externally. I will also be warning everyone I know

I wouldn't even bother to have this company any where near your bathroom we spent over £4.000 and now I can't use my shower as I paid for a disabled bathroom as I am in a wheelchair because the fitters made a mistake because they weren't acredated and homebase don't want to know they have my money and that's that

Purchased a 4 burner Barbarbacue from them, but when putting it together I fractured the gaspipe, took the pipe back to the store, explained it was my fault and offered to pay for a new pipe. within ten minutes the manager replaced the pipe from a display unit in the store NO CHARGE

Very pleased with a table lamp I bought at Winchester Homebase. An excellent price and just what I've been looking for. Lassi, who served me is lovely, always smiling and I make a point of going to her till.

Spent over £1k in there in the last year. You can never get anyone on shop floor for assistance. Today was the last straw when I was looking for a wire brush. After searching aisle after aisle I asked for assistance. The reply I received was it's maybe somewhere down that aisle. I told him I'd been searching if for 10 mins and he just shrugged and slowly walked off. Terrible service. Last time I went with list of 5 thins came out with one. Only think they had in stock.

I checked price of a Qualcast mower online-availability at Norwich's Hall Road was 1,but Dereham was showing 3 so I headed to Dereham to be sure ( l hoped ) of getting what l wanted. Could not find any of the particular model l was after on display so had Paul H check the stock-room.He couldn't find any either, when the Branch Manager just happened to pass by.He couldn't find any either so he offered me the same sized mower,but power-assisted for the same price as the push version l had gone in for to make up for my otherwise wasted trip.Very happy customer-thank you,Sir

I looked online for a 24" broom to spread sand on my drive. Homebase had one so I visited the Rayleigh store only to find there wasn't any of that online type in the store. However a really lovely man named Nick helped me to find one. He directed me to an area where there were floor brushes and I found exactly what I required. Nick was extremely helpful as I had looked previously and couldn't find anything suitable. I purchased the floor brush which was a beter price than the one online and it is perfect for the job.

Avoid acton homebase. Worst service ever. Most of the staff are hiding from doing any work. Place is a mess. One star is ten to many. You have been warned
