“The builders were excellent when cutting the opening, overcoming a number of problems. Excellent quality of work that is recommended. Quality of the doors is first class as well - again I would recommend.”

“Trevor the chap who came to fix the problem this year was much better than the call out last year. He actually listened to the problem I was having with the door and was very thorough trying to solve the problem. It seems as though it was an installation fault as no drainage holes were made at the bottom of the door. Thereby the rain water couldn't drain away and the bolt and locking mechanism became rusty.I've had to pay £150.00 to correct an installation problem!”

“Apart from the window not fitting and a new one having to be manufactured. The information on a new fitting date etc. was not given until the last minute. Telephone queries were not answered. However the product, price and fitting staff were all excellent.”

“the conservatory was not on time a day late, then only half was delivered. No date was given for the roof to turn up ??? ment to be starting a 12k job in a weeks time but thats not going to happen now”

“Fittings were delayed due to one window not delivered on time, One bedroom window was tried in the wrong window. This took the fit time over the weekend. Luckily the child. whose room it was, was away from home so was not effected. Otherwise the fitters were quick and did a good job.”

“Very good. Particular thanks to Pawel and Chris who did our installation. They were conscientious, very polite, handled a couple of issues without them becoming big problems and did an excellent job for us. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent execution of installation. We did have a 4 day delay for which a discount was offered!!! This discount did not materialise. This delay did inevitably cause some inconvenience. I think you could have scored '10s' if there had not been such a delay or could have been communicated earlier than the day prior to the original appointment.”

“The doors are great but the service at the show room in ascot has been slow in terms of queries and response. The person that measured up on sight was extrememly rude, agressive and patronising and almost made us cancel. He was similair when he dealt with our builder. The fitters also wanted to change the time of the booking on the day despite all homehubs numerous texts and emails confirming the time. Overall you are hard to recommmend because your service and general staff attitude is poor”

“Apart from a blip with communication, it was very satisfactory. I ordered chrome window handles you supplied white. The 2 guys who fitted the windows were excellent. A very professional job.”
