“Booking was easy and straightforward. Called the manager via Skype, as my Ryanair flight arrives close to midnight and the hotel is 13 km away. Transportation options should be included in the description. I'll be taking Bus 130 into the City Centre and from there Bus 7 or 8 to Epila (get off at the R-Kioski, it's like a 711). Wish me luck!”

“First time booking. The confirmation did not have any pics or description of home as was shown on the listing. Perhaps I missed it. Do I have the access the Hometogo website with my reservation # to view the pics, etc.?”

“It was easy to book. The only complaint I have is that it would have been nice to know that taking stairs is the only access to our room. My friend has issues where stairs are a problem and it did not show this information until after we were already booked.”

“website was very easy to navigate. great info on each property. loved that each bedroom explains bed size. disappointed that the one i chose doesn't allow dogs, but oh well.....the ones that did allow dogs didn't seem very nice. but i'm pretty picky.”
