"WASTE OF THEIR TIME AND OUR TIME ---- FIRST contact was via ad on FB \u2014 thereafter when Hayden D. came out to our home , I Went to Homze website looking for a paint contracting company to do some interior painting of one room ( 8 foot ceilings - level 8 ft ceiling height - 637 square ft; and walls 776 sq ft ) Hayden D. cam out on Saturday April 27, 2024 gave looked and gave us a bid of about $5,600. I said that is much higher than the website bid. I said lets go to Homze website and get a bid again. It showed $3,195. Hayden D. said lets add 25 sq ft more and see what Homze website estimator says- This time it showed $3,681 -- that is $19.44\/ sq ft more ... I suggested that they check with their management regarding their websit estimating. Hayden D. and his trainee left and Hayden said to contact him if any questions. I emailed him and have never heard back from him or that company. Since then we contracted another company to do two coats on both the ceilings and walls of that room for a total cost much less than any of their bids which ranged from $5600 down to about $3200. This company wasted their time and the customers time. CAVEAT -- have other companies bid on your project. Hayden says they vet their painters that they hire after three googles with scores higher than 4.5 ( subcontractors \/ employees ??? ) -- Well the painter that might come may not have been vetted before you get them to do your work. Suugest people get multiple bids and work directly with the paint contractors and not go through this 3rd party HOMze hiring."

"I did booking on the phone without them seeing the garden; they told me that it was \u00a358 and I have to give bank details to hold the \u00a358 before they send someone, only after the job, they collected \u00a3110 without informing us; they said the charge was per hour, which they did not tell us even the gardener did not inform us that it will cost more for a tiny garden because I will say NO. Don\u2019t trust these people with your bank details; they holded \u00a358 but collected more without our approval. This is THEFT; you can not build your business on stealing people.\r\n"

"I had a leak from the ceiling as a result of a problem in my neighbour's flat. Homyze sent one of their plumbers to have a look and were able to get the problem sorted in the space of an hour. They also replaced my ceiling and did a great job with the repainting afterwards. It now looks better than it did before! "

Tommie was really quick n clean, understood my requests with ease, I'm really thrilled with the end results, I'd use this service again, as I could specify the exact day time I wanted/needed works done, which is what drew me to the Homyze site initially.
