“I wasn’t given the proper colour of tassels and I’m pretty disappointed with that because I ordered 60 tassels and these are gifts for grads that have to miss their graduation. But besides that they ship their orders the next day after you put in your order”

“Friendly and helpful customer service. They didnt have the size we wanted but took the time to explain the other sizes as an alternative. Would have given five stars if they had called me about the size being out of stock instead of me finding out when I called for an update. I do appreciate that they were able to expedite shipment as the cap and gown was needed in a rush to celebrate my child’s quarintined graduation at home. They made difficult times feel a little more at ease. Thank you!!”
