Hi there! Thank you for your feedback! I looked into your order and it was shipped on Feb. 10th when we received the PO from your school and it was delivered 2 days later on Feb. 12th. You requested the quote on Jan. 21st, however nothing is shipped until a payment or PO is received. I'm sorry that you didn't get these in time for your event but we did ship the order on time based on when the PO was received. “Arrived in a timely fashion. The stolls looks so good and exactly like what the approved mock up look like. I really loved how they called to confirm what exactly I wanted and updated the mock up as need and checked in with me throughout the ordering process. They did not move forward until they heard from me which I really loved. The material is perfect and we love how the logo we chose is stitched into the fabric.”

“THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWESOME, DELIVERY AND SHIPPING WAS SIMPLE AND FAST. ALL OF MY ITEMS LOOK GOOD VIBRANT AND FITS GREAT, I HAVE REALLY THICK HAIR, THE CAP ALMOST DIDN'T FIT, BUT I BRADED MY HAIR DOWN AND IT WAS A PERFECT FIT.
