“I ordered these stoles well in advance in anticipation of the factory needing some lead time, so I was surprised when they arrived overnight! The stoles were neatly pressed and individually wrapped. I had a few stoles left from a previous order to Honors Graduation, and the new ones match them perfectly. I will definitely order from them again.”

“Overall my experience was okay. I got my products in a timely manner. Although, once I ordered my products I never received a shipping confirmation or a tracking number. I had to reach out to customer service. If I received a shipping confirmation email, I would have rated my experience as 5 stars.”

Hi Makaila, you ordered a custom stole, which takes 2 weeks to produce. After the two weeks the stole will be sent to you via 3 day delivery. I noticed in your order notes that you need it by a certain day. We will make sure to get it to you on time. Thank you for your business!
