“I was not pleased with the embroidered stoles. The stoles I have purchased in the past were embroidered prior to the seam being closed so that the backing did not show. These were not, and that is not explained on the website. The first person that answered my email inquiry about this problem was not helpful and left me with more questions than answers. However, the second person to respond was helpful and I was able to get a refund if I chose. The quality of the stoles themselves is above average, I just didn't expect the backing to show from the embroidery.”

“I was more than impressed with your service. The quality of service was top notched. My experience from beginning to end was amazing. The response time was incredibly unreal. Whenever I sent and email you responded so fast like most times before the next day. You answered every question, you sent back models if exactly what the still would look like. You allowed me to change something’s before the final atoll was made. I actually could not believe the service I was receiving. I will tell everyone I know about your company.”

“The gowns came in a timely manner. My only concern is that there was any communication about the 2 robes that came in a different purple than all of the other darker robes. But other than that we were well pleased With the order and the lighter purple robes worked out in the end.”
