“I have ordered our honors cords from you for several years and this is the first time that they arrived and they stunk. They smelled wet and musty. They have been airing now for a couple of weeks. Smell is a little better but they still stink. I called your company and I was told that sometimes they do smell when you receive them and you air them out. This is really unsatisfactory for me. I paid good money for these and the students should not have to wear something smelly.”

“The tassels we ordered completed one's we were missing. The only improvement would be an option for a 2 digit year fob instead of only 4 digit. Quality and speed of delivery are excellent.”

“Pretty easy ordering process just wish you had a separate way to order the cap. Needed a larger size cap but no way of ordering one bigger. Cap just automatically comes with whatever size gown you order. The gown fits fine but the cap is extremely small & super tight on my sons head.”
