“I love that I was able to purchase just the tassel that I needed. It looks exactly like the ones that the other graduates will be wearing at my sons high school graduation. Otherwise I would have had to order through our school and be forced to purchase an entire cap, gown and other misc that we don't need because we have other children that have graduated and already have those things.”

Thanks for the feedback! It looks like your order shipped out the same day it was placed and arrived 11 days later. Although many packages are arriving on time, we do have to rely on third party shipping solutions for delivery. That has been a bit less reliable than usual due to COVID and holiday strains on shipping. Hopefully the delay did not cause too much trouble. For our part, we can say your tracking information will confirm the package was scanned by USPS at 7:13 am the morning after your order was placed. If there is still an issue with your package, please let us know and we will be happy to send a replacement.
