“I very much appreciate the SPEED of the order (as we were panicking); sadly, (through no fault of YOURS) the material was NOT the same as her original gown (so, we adjusted, as I said we should from the GET go); also, your return policy was excellent”

“I was disappointed with the return policy. I ordered 2 caps which were for my daughter and her BFF as I had no idea that their high schools would be providing caps and gowns for the students. They cost me $50, So ended up not needing them for this reason and went to return and because of their return policy I would end up only getting $10 back out of the $50. So not worth it to send back. Now I am stuck with 2 brand new caps and out $50. Shipping should have been free.”

If you were to send the caps and tassels back, we will issue a refund for the product, which is well over $10. So long as the order was sent correctly and on time, we don't refund shipping charges because the service was used. Please get back to us via email so we can help you with the return process. “I wanted to create a "mock commencement ceremony" for my 2020 graduating senior and needed an "props". Honors Graduation shipped me stoles on short notice and they were beautiful!”
