Hi Nina, I'm sorry you were dissatisfied with your experience. Thank you for the feedback. We do our best to communicate the limitations on a single custom stole. Such as a maximum of 2 logos and 15 inches of total design space. We emailed you promptly about this and you chose to have your order canceled rather than edit your design. We voided the transaction within an hour of you placing the order. We never actually received any money from your order to refund. I'm sorry if it took a long time for the money to get back to you. It may have been been some kind of bank issue. Thank you again for your feedback and congratulations on your graduation.

“They did not send two shirts, then I had to buy at higher price point at the embroider. Reached out for a refund a week later they send me the shirts which was too late. Now they don't respond to emails for my refund and I have two shirts we can't use.”
