“From our first enquiry Julie couldn’t of been more helpful Cuba was everything and more. Paradise island well worth money. I will use this company again it beat on price and after care, made new friends and stronger bonds with friends I already had🇨🇺”

“Always quick and efficient service from Nicola and the team. Electronic Paperwork arrived promptly. We don’t go for a while but in the past, the tickets etc arrived in the post promptly also.”

“The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Our holiday was booked and paid for with no problem. It was explained to us about ticket collection and anything that was needed for our trip. All in all a pleasant experience.”

“Nicola couldn't help me enough, catering for my every need, which was not a normal 2 weeks away. I will most definitely be using horizon direct holidays for all my either travel needs. Also I will be recommending this travel agency to all of my family and friends. All of the services they provide from holidays to excursions to transfers are first class.”

“I have been booking with this company for the last three years. I would not use ony other travel agents noe. Nothing is too much trouble even silly enquires. They are there before you and while your in resort. I can honestly say. Any holiday can be booked i full confidence. They reasonably priced and are sure get the best deals”
