“This is the second holiday we have booked through Kirsty.Always receive great service.This time at short notice our hotel was cancelled by Thomas Cook..Kirsty waa great by sorting dealing with this and replied promptly to my queries and managing to get Thomas Cook to change us to a hotel of our choice.I will be booking our next holiday,hopefully soon.”

“brilliant service I had I went down other week to say my mother mite not be going so they had a word with Thomas cook to change my holiday but it was to cost to much to change it for next year so we decided to go my mother was told by the doctor and her carers to go”

“We have booked quite a few holidays to Hurghada through Nicola at Horizon Holidays. She is so helpful and her knowledge of the area and what it can offer is second to none! They offer trips from swimming with dolphins in their environment, to going to see the Pyramids . We always get the best price around (we all like our bargains ). We have just booked once again to go back in August. Speaks for it self really !”

“We normally organise and book everything ourselves for our holidays. This year was different as my wife broke her ankle very badly in February and we needed more advice on where to go. Shannon did an excellent job and understood our situation brilliantly.”
