“The staff at Horizon are always very pleasant fast acting and keep to their word. I was quoted a good price for my next holiday and they kept to it and dealt with my request very fast and to my full satisfaction I could even use them again..”

“I booked a holiday with Andrew at Horizon Holidays. I'm a solo traveller and he got me a good deal to Mexico in July. I found him to be very professional, polite, funny and very knowledgeable. I've paid the full balance well in advance, so I'm just waiting on my tickets etc to be posted to me.”

“I can highly recommend the service that I received from Horizon. Every time I made a call to the office it was answered promptly or when I left a message someone always got back to me. The staff were extremely friendly and obliging and nothing I asked was too much trouble. I would not hesitate to come back to book my next holiday. Thank you the staff of Horizon for your superb service from start to finish. Sandra Harrold.”

Hi Valerie, Thank You for your comments. I have had a look at your booking and can see we sent you your confirmation by email right away and that you received this. When we are provided an email address to send a confirmation to, we would not normally also send one by post. We do send roughly 3 weeks before you travel a final paper copy for you to travel with, including all travel documents. This ensures that the information you have to travel with is always the latest and most up to date. Many Thanks Lee in Customer Service

“Nothing is too much trouble for Andrew at Horizon. I know that I can drop a message over and I can be guaranteed a response within minutes. In the past, we've always booked our holidays online through the tour operator direct however since stumbling across Horizon and Andrew last year, I won't go back to a tour operator direct ever again and, if I can help it, my friends won't either! How many travel agents can you say you actually think of them as a great friend? This is what I think of Andrew and Peter. Their service is second to none. Would I recommend Horizon Direct? No question, no doubts. 110% Choose Horizon and they'll get you the best deal they can and give you the best customer service in travel booking that you'll ever receive. This being the reason that customers come to them time and time again! Andrew, Peter, Horizon, it's an absolute pleasure to book our travels through you!
