“Were recommended from holidaymakers at our resort and didn't disappoint. They are a Thomas cook agent and still did a cheaper deal than Thomas Cook did for same holiday and threw in a Private transfer to the resort as well. Couldn't fault them. Friendly and very helpful. will definitely use again.”

“Excellent from start to finish. Kirsty was amazing. Nothing was a problem from the many questions we asked down to ensuring we were collected from our hotel at a time that suited us. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know and booking more holidays through her. I would rate six stars if we could”

“We have used Horizon Direct 3 times this year (mainly dealing with Shannon) and on each occasion have been very impressed with the service provided. The girls are very knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.”

“I will definitely be booking a holiday here again as the staff were so sufficient and told me everything I needed to know. Was just going in to see how much for myself and daughter would be for the October holiday and ended up booking a week as was a great deal. Once I know my husbands holiday’s for next year we will be in to see what they have to offer. Thanks.”

“Went in to the shop for prices in Feb 19 ....salesperson was really pleasant and informative showed me the holiday in brochure gave me alternatives as well. I prefer dealing with people than computers so I booked .....of to Tenerife in Feb.”
