“We were looking for a holiday in Egypt,flying from Newcastle upon Tyne,Nichola sorted out the holiday,hotel and flights and called us later at night to confirm and take the booking. First class service.”

“Never been in the shop before but i was impressed by the layout and the staff were friendly and helpful. I informed them of when and where i wanted to go. They got me a great deal and i am away soon. I will definitely be using them again 5star service”

“I had never heard of horizon before but can honestly say I will be going back! Lovely staff from start to Finnish! Knew what she was doing and made sure that we had the best deal. Very chatty and smiley, just what you want when you are going to book a holiday!”
