“I thought I was ordering a standard size “stick and string” for training my horse. It arrived super long stick and VERY heavy. Sending it back would cost more than the refund. I am average size and fit from working on our farm — too heavy to use!”

“Worst and slowest service I have ever experienced! My daughter's riding vest fell apart. After 4 months of emailing and calling back and forth, the service dept. had me send the vest back. Then after asking numerous times, they told me I was getting a refund, which did not show up for almost a month”

“TWENTY DAYS LATER, and my item hasn't even SHIPPED yet! I am just really disappointed. Very ridiculous to have to wait so long! Will NOT order from again!”

“Needed to make an exchange, it is impossible to get through to anyone on the phone, chat, email. Message promised a quick call back that never happens, e-mail response is scripted and did not answer my questions at all.”
