“I think you guys need to work on you shipping price a little high for a four day delivery. You guys are 4 times as expensive as other people I order from and I get them the next day. I would buy more products from you but that holds me back”

Currently, the shipping prices are automatically generated on our store by UPS using location/weight and being that we are located in South Carolina, I could see how orders may take a couple of days to get out west. “We ordered hose for our hydraulic jacks in January. Unfortunately, the wrong hose was sent out. We called them and after a quick review of the issue they sent out the correct hose. We had it under a week. They handled the issue very professional. Would definitely recommend them.”

“Very friendly and helpful people. They have the hard to find JIS metric fittings. The fittings pressed on clean and secure. The fittings are not as heavy duty as Komatsu OEM but they should work well. I will buy from them again.”
