Tishaun, if we did not receive a phone call from you to let us know that you did not receive the package, then we have no way of knowing you did not get it as the tracking number shows it was delivered to the address you provided when the order was placed. This is a rare occurrence since UPS tends to have a good record of not losing packages, but this seems to be the case. We normally aim to correct situations right away if there is an issue with a customer's order, and would have loved to have had the opportunity to make it right with this order. “Fantastic Service!!!! Forrest was fantastic in supporting my needs for hose replacement on my Volvo excavator. He saved me hundreds of dollars by explaining my options and providing me Hoses and several fittings. I definitely will do business again!!!”

“Hoseinahurry had my exact fittings specified using the part numbers on my existing fittings and even had a helpful suggestion for hose to use with them at the bottom of the page. This made the process quick and easy and significantly more cost competitive than the autoparts store. I will surely use them again in hopes they stock other fittings and hose I need for my other Tractors.”

“Great product and price….the “inahurry” part left a lot to be desired. Ordered 6-9 received 6-24. If that would improve I would be likely to order again; otherwise probably just go back to NRP Jones and ship from Indiana faster.”
