“Hoselink products are well designed and work very reliably. Annoying loss of rubber o rings is a feature that needs attention. The spray accessories all work well. I especially like the hose return feature in the reel, very good and stills works terrific in my 10 year old reel.”

“I love my hoselink retractable hose. I had a fire next to my house which damaged my previous one. So I couldn’t wait to replace it. So neat and tidy looking and perfect for my place and garden.”

“We have been using Hoselink for many years now, We have not found any faults with the products we have, we use Hoselink around the garden also have connections on our spa & boat with makes it easier to use with our Hoselink hose reel. We have also brought hose reels for our children as xmas gifts. We are all happy with the standards of Hoselink”

“Bought the fertiliser mixer bottle and it was delivered in parts. It seemed impossible to put it together as one part does not want to fit over the other. I contacted hose link and advised if the issue , convinced it was sent to me Incorrectly. Without responding to my email - they simply shipped another item…… same issue !!!! My husband eventually hammered the plastic valve in ver the metal section - which resulted in damage to the item. So ridiculous!!! The item actually says perfect for people who suffer from arthritis haha…. No chance anyone with arthritis is putting these pieces together. This is a design flaw- the unit should be despatch intact and deco not I pieces. Very disappointed with customer service support on this matter .”

“It’s a reliable brand, no leak , easy to connect and the lever arc is very helpful. My only comment is the ball bearing that control the flow breaks easily. I already broke 4 balls. Ball control not available so they just replace the flow control with new one.”

“Hose link have great products. Their hoses and watering guns, sprinklers etc are excellent. I have had them literally for years. I was disappointed recently to find their gardening gauntlets were no longer available so this may give them a friendly suggestion!!”
