“Hoselink is the greatest thing since sliced bread! I've chucked all my click fittings, which reliably produced a fault every time I used a hose. Now there are no leaks and no struggling. The only thing about hoselink to complain about is the shoddy quality of the nozzles. Peter Kincaid 0427 400 849”

“I called the helpline about a fault with the rubber section of the nozzle and straight away there was the offer to send out another nozzle at no cost - saying that it had been upgraded since I last ordered. That is great service - I told lots of people - and was very impressed.”

“My backyard hoselink was so good I bought one for the front of the house. If only you could select the different nozzles as I prefer the gun style rather than the twist style.”

“The entire experience of discovery, purchase, delivery, installation and use has been superb. It’s a terrific product that feels premium The supporting documents and video tutorials that arrived before the hose system was delivered is so welcome and i love the inclusion of the extended driver bit to help mount the bracket. “The masonry plug is extremely difficult to install and doesn’t support the weight of the equipment. For something that costs over $300, I would expect much higher quality plugs. In the end I have to go Bunnings to purchase plugs that actually work.”

“I am a great admirer of Hoselink over many years. I had a plastic part fail on the hose retriever of my oldest Hoselink and I was delighted that Hoselink would send the relevant part to me as a Special Order, free of charge. I have not had a chance to install it as yet, due to extended travels away from home, but the willingness of this company to assist their established customers is a rare attribute these days. I am very confident that if I have any difficulty in the repair process Hoselink will assist, such is their past history. A truly great Aiustralian company. Well done Tim et al.”
