“Bought a hose nozzle to replace my other which leaked through the rubber I believe due to the severe frosts in my area. I had been away for some time and forgot to cover it. The screw in connection is far superior to any other hose reel.”

“I would like to say that I tried to tell; the assistant about the fitting that I purchest was a fitting with a cause thread and she replied that she new what was needed for my caravan but the thread is to fine it needs BSP thread. Regards Norman Francis”

“Recently I ordered some covers for both my hoses. Without giving it much thought I ordered, but dit not order the correct size. I was pleasantly surprised after speaking to the operater, that looked after me that they would be send me the correct size without any charge with the exception of postage. This is rare occurrence, and I have been telling all of my friends of the good service.”

“Seems to be somewhat good products.. have had for a few years. I have only a few issues so far. Main one being the connections that have the on off bar on them.. they fail regularly. And only have 2 small slithers of plastic on the closing ball valve inside the housing.. this could have been designed with much thicker material to stop it breaking out so easily... apart from that , the connections can come apart easier as they get a little loose over time.. I'm hoping new O rings may help that.”
