“I bought my first hoselink reel about 6 years ago and have never had a problem with it. Other brand named reels have failed one way or another and are gradually being replaced. We now have 3 Hoselink reels on our small hobby farm and expect to replace the remaining 2 non-Hoselink reels this year. Yes, they cost more than your standard run of the mill reels, but once installed you never have to fight with them or replace them.”

“As you can see by my profile I have purchased alot of hose link stuff. Alot of it is very very good. I have just bought and replaced my hose reel after 2 years, the new one isnt very good either to be honest, it struggles to wind back up and take the 30M hose. I love the website, the product style ete but I have had a few issues here and there.”

“I love this tool. Weeds are gone so easily. I got my grandson earning pocket money and we thought it was really great - he had a wonderful time lifting weeds!!! Who would have thought :-D”

“I replaced the connectors as I got drenched every time I watered as they leaked profusely. I then put new connectors on and can’t stop the fitting blasting off the hose. Expensive and still no use.”

“I have Hoselink all over ny gardens and lawns. Love the stuff. Recently I purchased a pair of new flow-control connectors but ordered the wrong size (12mm instead of 14mm). I asked if I could return the 12mm and get the 14mm. Hoselink simply sent me the 14mm products at no cost. They did not even ask me to return the 12mm connectors. So, I'll give them to my 12mm neighbour. Great service from a great company with a wonderful product. If only more companies were like Hoselink.”

I am sorry about this Lindy! I can appreciate where you are coming from, it's never ideal to miss out on a sale. As I'm sure you can understand, all sales must have a start and end date and there are always going to be people who miss out. “I have used several hose reels over my 45 years of gardening and found the Hoselink hose reel the only one to survive more than a few years. I've now had the hoselink reel and 20m hose assembly for over 6 years, purchased in 2018. Ive bought spare parts for the flow regulator and more recently had them replaced for free (plus postage). I cant fault the service I've received.”
